Simola Hotel Country Club & Spa offers investors the flexibility of owning a 5-Star Hotel suite without the hassle of managing or maintaining it. Suites are sold on a sectional title basis with no usage restrictions.
Each unit is approximately 145 m2 in extent comprising of two bedrooms en suite, a lounge and dining area, a kitchen as well as a spacious balcony. The bedrooms are air conditioned with under-floor heating throughout. There is a gas fire place in the lounge area with a BBQ on the patio. All suites are fully equipped and furnished to five star standards.
The Hotel will be managed and maintained by the Kat Leisure group.
Suite owners also have the option of placing their suites in the Rental pool offering income on top of the capital appreciation. Whilst the suite is in the pool the owner incurs absolutely no costs related to the unit.
The accommodation income generated through the pool is split as follows:
• 30% to the Suite owner
• 60% to the Hotel operator
• 10% to the levy reserve fund to cover the cost of the estate levy and refurbishment.
